First I need to mention that family orientation is the day before graduation (the 29th)and graduation is in the morning of the 30th @ 9 am if he's in I-46th infantry.Otherwise you can find specs at this website:

Your son or daughter can most likely (without complications) leave base for the night of the 29th but they have to be back at their unit at 5 a.m. the next morning to get ready for his/her graduation.
The Super8 in Elizabethtown,KY is the only one I know of that still has rooms for $60 or a little bit less.
