Here are some forum rules that all members imply adherence to, upon using our forums!

1)Inappropriate or vulgar user names are strictly prohibited and may cause a member to be banned if it continues.

2) Act in a legal manner at all times. Racist, Sexist, Sexually explicit, Politically motivated, and any related material is strictly prohibited at Families Forums. All matters involving these subjects will be referred to the relevant authorities.

3) R-e-s-p-e-c-t. Respect Yourself, Respect others, their opinions, their lifestyle, their choices, and there shouldn't be any problems.

4)Do not Spam the Forum! If you wish to advertise your personal business, a text link in your signature is acceptable, provided it is not a website that could be in direct competition with Families.com (ie: parenting forum or deals forum). Pyramid schemes and links that are not your personal business will be removed (please don't advertise someone else's business!). If you make posts purely to advertise and spam our forum, the posts will be instantly deleted and you will be banned without warning!

Moreover, it is strictly prohibited to post any link, or information advertising any service or business, or website other than those which are non-commercial, and used as a means of information. Members who do this are in violation of anti-spamming legislation.

5) Personal Blogger links in our members signatures are allowed only if a link is made back to families.com Blogs containing links to other forums or non G-rated sites will not be allowed and will be removed without warning! Please do not advertise your Blog in posts, this is considered spamming.

6)Please remember that this is a public forum. We do our best to protect our members at all times. We strongly suggest you do not post any personal details in your posts! No Emails addresses, Home addresses or phone numbers! We reserve the right to edit out such details from posts.

7)Teens are welcome to post questions in the forum - you will find that there are many adults here who genuinely help young people. Please do not put your private information out there in public. When you register with us, your e mail is part of your profile which is accessed by other members. Don't put you e mail or info for your personal contact in your post. Families.com can feel like a safe place for you, but we still want you to be safe for real.

Please don't reply to those who violate our terms of service. That only encourages them. Please report them by clicking the report icon at the top of the post.

Please report any security issues, breaches, or concerns IMMEDIATELY, by pm'ing either Aiden&Alejandros mommy(Forums Manager) or McMama (Community Director).
